In 2020 UC Components, Inc. set records for both the highest gross sales in one month in the history of the company, plus it has been their largest year overall so far.

The Challenge

Rico sat down with UC Components and went over their current marketing plan and execution. Their revenues were staying consistent and the company desired growth.

At that time they were participating in multiple advertising programs with industry publications and attending multiple domestic tradeshows every year. The company had an existing website, sporadically sent out emails to thank attendees for stopping by their tradeshow booth. However, they had no system in place for acquiring or consistently responding to leads.

The Solution

We took their existing marketing and advertising programs, evaluated each one, and adjusted and maximized each to better suit their growth goals and target markets. We built upon their current marketing messages to better differentiate them from their competitors and more clearly convey their offerings to their target market.

Initially we started with direct mail campaigns and print advertisements. In 2018 we took over their Pay-Per-Click (PPC) ad campaigns and grew those from 1 or 2 a month to over 40 per month; maximizing their digital ad budget and growing their lead generation from the campaigns substantially. We switched the company from simply tracking clicks on the ads to tracking the actual conversions, calls made to the company, and inquiry emails for a more accurate picture of the effectiveness of their digital campaigns.

In 2019 we began writing and posting monthly articles, newsletter campaigns, company profiles, buyer’s guides, and other digital advertising campaigns for UC Components. We also put together a comprehensive company video, new print ad campaigns, re-designed their tradeshow booth, and established their social media presences.
