IMPORTANT: The new California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) goes into effect on January 1, 2020.

What does this mean for you?
If you do business in California, advertise to customers or prospects in the state, or otherwise collect data from residents of the state you must comply with these new rules for collecting, processing, and using data you collect about the residents. Basically it gives the residents the right to opt-out of the transfer or sale of their personal data. These personal data items include (but are not limited to) the person’s name, email addresses, browsing data, purchasing information, reviews, ads, and more.
